Increase Your Store Customer Base and Income at the Same Time

A clock repair station will increase customer traffic to your store.  It will also give your store that extra edge of a high quality repair center for clocks.   Good clock repair services (in a timely manner) are very hard to find these days and people are searching for those services in every town and local.  I have learned there are lots of folks wanting to get their old antique clock repaired that was given to them by their grandfather but everywhere they go, there is a waiting line of 6 months to 18 months.  I have heard some people complain of having to wait for 2 years to get their clock repaired. 

 

I don't do business in that rediculous delay concept.  If I cannot repair a clock or radio within a reasonable time period (usually 2 weeks and never more than 30 days), I won't take on the job as people are not interested in waiting forever for their merchandise back and I am not interested in piling up broken clocks in my shop.  The main reason for the delay with most repair shops is they are either so overloaded with work or they are only doing this part-time as a supplement to their main job.  This gives you the edge as a new repair center over the local repair shops (if there are any in your area anymore) as I try my best to offer quick, efficient and quality service as an alternative to the normal situation locally. 

 

 

The repair customer can drop off the clock at your store and I will then pick up the item, interface with the customer over the phone for their FREE REPAIR ESTIMATE and return the clock to your store for pickup.  I follow up with the proper communications to the customer to keep them informed of the progress at all times.   You provide the drop off and pick up point and earn a commission and a good reputation for doing it.
