Local Clock Repair Stations
You are welcome to bring your Clock to one of our contracted repair stations and the store proprietor will see to it that I get notified of your drop off. I will then contact you with a FREE REPAIR ESTIMATE for your approval or disapproval. If you don't want the item fixed, it will be immediately returned to the store for your pick up at no charge to you. If you want the item repaired, I will do so and keep you informed of the progress and will return it to the store for your pickup. You simply go back to the store after being notified, pay your invoice to the store proprietor and take your repaired item back home with you.
Note: I sincerely try to finish all repairs within 2 weeks if at all possible. If it is going to be longer than 30 days for your repairs to be completed (usually because of parts backorders), I will inform you of that problem immediately as soon as I know it. It is my strict policy not to retain customer clocks any longer than I absolutely have to.
